说明：ER309焊丝主要成分是22Cr-12Ni。配用SJ601不锈钢碱性烧结焊剂，其焊缝金属具有良好的力学性能，抗裂性能、抗晶间腐蚀性能，具有不增Si、不增C，且Cr、Ni烧损小等特点。因合金含量高，耐高温性良好。

用途：常用于碳钢与不锈钢异种材料焊接或应用于韧性较差的马氏体、珠光体不锈钢焊接。如石油化工、火力发电站等行业。

Instructions ：The ER309 welding stick consists mainly of 22Cr-12Ni. It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601.It’s welding line metal has good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack .It would not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni. Due to a high content of alloy ,it has good high thermal resistance ability.

Use ：It’s usually used to weld carbon steel and stainless dissimilar materials ,sometimes to weld martensite and pearlite steel with poor toughness ,in petrochemical industry ,fire power station and other industries.
